Every item you order at WearMe is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

30-day Return Guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back but product has to be unused.

Who will bear the return shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please always contact our service team before returning anything. In many cases, we find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth unnecessarily. It’s for the sake of your time and the environment!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

As a print-on-demand provider, we can also offer you the following return options:

· Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order.
· Refund.
· Exchange for a new product.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to support@wearmeus.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if the recipient’s address was wrong?
If the recipient’s address was wrong, the package is sent back to the return address. Once package is received, we’ll contact you for an updated address.

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, we will cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order but we will ask to wait for 2-3 days to see if item was found.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation information with a tracking number.

How to do returns?
1. Open your shipping confirmation or your WearMe account
2. Click on “Returns”
3. Select a reason for your return and choose a Return option
4. Your return is usually being processed within 7 business days
